Simplayfy is an open source image viewer that offers more functionality than one would expect from this type of tool.
There are, of course, all the basics. The program can be connected to common image formats so you can see it by clicking two times faster than Explorer. You can also open a folder of images and then navigate to the slide show. And there are many options of editing: rotate, resize, crop, sharpen, and soften the effects of removal, adjustment of brightness/color/contrast and much more.
But many of these functions even more than we expected. Simplayfy not only display images in a slideshow, for example: you can burn them to CD or DVD. The program stores the metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP, ICC) for editions. Many options can be configured to image viewer edit shocking (possibly Resize provides 5 methods change the size, for example), and there are some tools that you can't even find in many commercial editor (JPEG clipping is not the loss, or the ability to add, update, or remove the EXIF thumbnail).
And it's a bonus feature is more than enough to justify the program, all on its own. than the ability to save the image as a PDF file. Device scan (scan multiple page PDF or TIFF file and send it via email, for example). And especially powerful batch process dialog allows you to convert images and folders or change the name according to your needs.
The program is also a small base in some areas. Only important support image formats (BMP, EMF, GIF, JPG, PCX, PNG, TIFF), and there is no thumbnail browser.
In the balance, then Simplayfy is an image viewer which is very good, powerful and portable with something to offer most of the world. Get your copy now.
